Hello, I'm Madeline Mosier!
For years, I struggled with persistent digestive issues, severe stomach pain, constant bloating, and exhaustion that didn’t make sense for my age. What I didn’t recognize at the time was that my digestive issues were also causing anxiety, low moods, and hormonal imbalance weren’t random.
As a teenager, I didn’t see the connections. I was disconnected from my body and assumed this was just how I was. It wasn’t until my twenties, after becoming a mother, that I began studying nutrition and human physiology and started looking at my health through a different lens.
In 2015, I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. That training gave me the framework to understand how the body works as a whole and how foundational digestion is to overall health. It was the missing piece that helped me finally connect the dots in my own journey.
Today, I work with people at all stages of their health journey. Some are already deeply aware of their bodies, tracking food, trying different approaches, and searching for the root cause. Others are just starting to notice patterns and realize that their digestion might be connected to energy, mood, or hormones.
