Our story

Hello, everyone! I’m Madeline Cooper-Mosier follower of Jesus, mama of 6, and lover of real food and true wellness. I began my health journey after I had my first child, and I began researching nutrition and how to adequately feed his tiny growing body. I quickly realized that I knew absolutely nothing about how to nourish the body, and that our modern food system is incredibly broken. I also realized that many of the health issues I had suffered from over the years directly stemmed from toxins and an extreme overconsumption of highly processed foods.
Shortly after my first was born, I enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I graduated in 2015, but due to life events and having 5 more kids, I didn't pursue starting a business and helping people outside my home and family until about 10 years later.
Over those ten years, I studied deeper and developed a more precise passion and interest in different facets of nutrition. Today I help people reset their digestive systems, reduce toxin burden, and learn how to switch to whole foods from a processed diet. I especially love to work with families and help them transition their kids to whole foods, all the while, pointing them to Christ and showing them how physical and spiritual health go hand-in-hand.
Making whole foods accessible for every family

Getting kids on board with eating whole foods can be very challenging, especially if they have been raised on modern, processed foods. I offer strategies to slowly shift families over to whole foods that kids won't resist as much. It can also be difficult to eat real food and cook whole foods from home when both parents work out of the house. I also offer strategies to help mitigate some of that.
